At 17:50 E511B, A511B, and M511 where dispatched for an unconscious call at Fairmont Park. While en route to the call units where told that this was going to be a dirt bike accident behind Fairmont Park. M511 and A511B responded to Fairmont Park to try and locate the patient while E511B went down Lomond Drive to make entrance at a trail that went behind the park. E511B requested that a utility truck be added to the call to support bringing the patients out when located. BC501Y added to the call and responded to E511B's location to retrieve personnel to take back to the station and drive the utility. BC501Y then responded back to the scene and established command.

E511B's officer and firefighter started to walk down the trail to find the patient and were told by PWCPD that there were two officers already with the patient and that he was conscious but did have two very large cuts on both legs. M511's officer and E511B's firefighter arrived at the patient and did a trauma assessment. It was determined that the patient needed to be flown to the closest trauma center. E509 was dispatched to set up the LZ. U511 arrived at the patient with the rest of the crews from M511 and A511B. A511B was assigned to the second patient and started their assessment while the utility took the first patient out to M511. M511 transported the patient to the LZ and transferred the patient to HAC 3. A511B determined that the second patient was going to be ALS and the Utility was used to transport that patient out to the roadway. A second medic was added to the call. After M501C assisted the patient it was determined that the patient was going to be flown also and Command requested a second helicopter. After M501C arrived at the LZ the patient refused to be transported via helo. The patient was still transported via M501C to Prince William Hospital with the flight crew in M501C.
